Zesty Fava Beans With Garlic & Cumin

Authentic foul mudammas recipe, made with hearty, creamy fava beans and loaded with flavor from ground cumin, and fresh herbs

    Place a pot on the cooker and set the heat to low.

    Add the canned favourable beans, ½ teaspoon of cumin, salt and black pepper; cook for 4 minutes.

    Place a pan on the cooker and set the heat to low. Add the oil and garlic then stir until light golden add vinegar, ½ teaspoon of cumin then fry for 1 minute. Take the pan off the cooker.

    Place the pot of fava beans mix on the cooker and add the garlic mix; boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat.

    Transfer into a plate. Garnish with green onion and vegetables (as desired).
