Quick Rice With Vermicelli

The every-day rice of the Middle East, and it’s by far the most served side dish in that part of the world

    Place a cooking pot on the cooker and set the heat to medium.

    Add oil and butter, wait for the butter to melt then add the vermicelli. Stir until it turns golden and then add the washed and drained rice.

    Mix thoroughly and then add the chicken broth. Add salt, stir and bring to a boil and absorbed the broth Set the heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

    The Rice with Vermicelli Noodles is ready to be served.
