Easy Rice With Vegetables

This is just a comforting, classic side dish that whole family loves.

    Pack the basmati rice into a bowl; add two cups of water and mix Drain after 20 minutes.

    Place a cooking pot on the cooker and set the heat to high. Add 1 cup of water, bouillon cube, salt mix thoroughly.

    Add oil, butter, frozen vegetables and the drained basmati rice. Stir and bring to a boil until absorb all the water

    Set the heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

    The rice with vegetables is ready to be served garnish with some nuts and raisin
