The Perfect Couscous

Couscous is extremely simple and fast to make, and a great pantry standby

Ingredients for 6 portions

Instructions

    Place a cooking pot on the cooker and pour in 6 cups of water. Set the heat to medium, cover and bring to a boil.

    Add the couscous to the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Drain the couscous and transfer into a plate.

  4. 4

    Add the olive oil and mix. Add the black pepper and mix , the salt and mix.

  5. 5

    Transfer into a bowl , garnish with parsley.

  6. 6

    The couscous is ready to be served.
