Wholesome Cupcakes With Dates & Nuts

    Preheat the oven to 175°C.

    Cut the pitted dates into small pieces.

    Blend 1 cup of dates with 1 cup of nuts.

    Whisk eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes. Add oil and beat together for 3 minutes.

    Add milk, oats, raisins, dates, baking powder, cinnamon, crushed nuts, and yoghurt to the mixture and mix together to combine.

    Line a 12-piece cupcake tin with paper liners. Fill each one with the batter.

    Bake for about 30-35 minutes on the middle rack. Move to the upper rack and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

    Let the cupcakes cool completely at room temperature.
