Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Cut the apple into small cubes and toss with lemon juice to combine.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and set them aside. Cut the banana into small pieces and set aside.

In a separate bowl, break 3 eggs, add vanilla extract, and mix for 3 minutes until combined.

Add powdered sugar to the egg mixture and mix well with a hand mixer.
