Tuscan White Bean Dip
This dip is creamy, garlicky, and so flavorful, you won’t be able to stop eating it! It’s gourmet but quick and easy to make

Wash the white beans.

In a blender mince the garlic then add 1 cup of white beans to the mincer. Mince the combination; add the plain yoghurt and then set aside.

Pour the tahina into a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoon of water and whisk to combine

Add the tahina mixture to the mincer. Add the vinegar, cumin, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Mince the mixture and mix for a smooth consistency.

Pour the mixture inside a small bowl. Garnish with white beans and some sprinkles of sumac.
