Sweet Raspberry Sauce

Use frozen or fresh raspberries to make this easy raspberry sauce. Perfect for cheesecakes, ice cream and pancakes.

    Place a pot on the cooker; add the frozen raspberries, lemon juice and 2 tablespoon of water.

    Scoop the sugar in a plate, add the corn starch and mix to combine . Add the mixture to the pot.

    Set the heat to medium low and keep stirring. Reduce the heat to low once boiling and puree until it becomes smooth.

    Cook for 5 minutes and mix occasionally until become sauce

    Strain the raspberry sauce, pour inside a bowl and cool to room temperature.

    Transfer into a small container.you can use it right away or refrigerate
