Tunisian Shakshouka

It’s a delicious breakfast or brunch recipe, but can also be eaten for dinner. Pair it with pita bread for a hearty, delicious meal

    Chop the green onions, garlic cloves and tomato and then set aside.

    Place a pan on the cooker and set the heat to medium. Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped onions fry until golden then minced garlic and then stir.add chopped tomato cook for 2 minutes

    Break the eggs in the pan. Add some sprinkles of salt, cumin and a little water.

    Garnish with the chopped green onions.
