Summer Egg & Greens Salad

Keep your cool this summer, this delicious green salad topped with parsley and slices of hard-cooked eggs is easy to make.

Ingredients for 4 portions

    Place a pot on the cooker and set the heat to medium. Add enough water, cover and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes after boiling

    Drain the hot water from the pot and fill with old water to cool the eggs.

    Chop the parsley, green onions and lettuce and then set aside. Half peel the cucumber and then chop it, slice the onion and chop the tomato; set all in a bowl

    Add the green onions, parsley and lettuce; mix thoroughly.

    Add olive oil, some sprinkles of black pepper & salt lemon juice hen mix.

    Cut a larger part of the eggs into small sizes and then slice the rest.

    Add the chopped eggs and mix.

  8. 8

    Garnish with the sliced eggs and some sprinkles of sumac.
