Creamy Macaroni Salad

We love it for potlucks, picnics, or with almost anything from the bbq since it’s fast to make and best made ahead of time.

Ingredients for 8 portions

    Place a pot on the cooker add 7 cups of water. Cover and bring to a boil.

    Add the macaroni; stir and cook for 15 minute then drain.

    Wash and chop the green onions then set aside.

  4. 4

    Scoop the mayonnaise in a plate, add the plain yoghurt, black pepper, salt and olive oil then whisk.

    Transfer the macaroni into a bowl, add the corn, canned kidney beans after wash and drain chopped green onions and the mayonnaise mixture; mix thoroughly until combine

    Transfer the macaroni salad into a plate and then garnish with green onions
