Wash the white beans and set aside. Chop the green onions.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into a small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of tahina, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses and then mix. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt, ⅓ teaspoon of cumin and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper; whisk.

Add 1 cup of white beans to a plate; add 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions and the tahina mixture; mix thoroughly.

Transfer the white bean salad inside a small container and garnish with green onions.
