In a mixing bowl, add water, sugar, and yeast. Stir to combine.

Add oil and sift in the flour. Mix for 10 minutes and cover for about 2-3 hours.

Uncover and knead well for minutes or until you get a cohesive and soft dough.

In a frying pan over medium heat, add oil.

Take a few portions of the dough and use your hand to make a hole in the center like a ring.

Fry the dough on both sides in the hot oil until golden.

Drain and dip in sugar to coat.
