Slice the bun into two and spread butter over each slice.

Break the egg into a small bowl; add a pinch of salt and black pepper and then mix.

Place a small pan on the cooker and set the heat to mediumlow. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and spread it inside the pan to melt. Pour in the egg mixture, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.

Place a large pan on the cooker and set the heat to mediumlow. Pack in the slices of bun; fry until golden. Flip the lower slice to fry both sides but do not flip the upper slice over. Turn off the heat.

Uncover the small pan; flip the egg over and cook for 2 minutes without covering.

Place the cooked egg over the lower slice of the bun, add the cheese, and cover with the upper slice.
