Soft Homemade Date Buns

In a mixer bowl, combine milk, yeast, and sugar.

Add egg and oil; mix on medium speed until combined.

Add 1 cup of flour and mix, then add the second cup of flour and mix again.

Pour in the yogurt and the final tablespoon of flour; knead on high speed until a soft dough forms.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 15 equal pieces.
