Peel the carrots and shred them.

Place a pan on the cooker, set the heat to medium-low, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and the shredded carrot; stir thoroughly, reduce the heat and cook while stirring until it becomes tender then add a pinch of salt & black pepper. As disire

Transfer into a plate and set aside to cool.

Pour the yoghurt in a plate and then add the carrot ,mix thoroughly to form a paste. Add a pinch of salt & pepper to taste, mix again, and then pour the mixture inside a small bowl. Decorate with raisins, walnuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
