Pan Method Pita Bread

Pour 1 cup of warm water into a small bowl.

Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix thoroughly; add 1 cup of water while kneading over for 8 minutes and cover for 1 hour.

Sprinkle flour on a tray. Knead to pieces to form and then place on the tray continue tell all the dough done Add some sprinkles of flour to the dough. Cover for 50 minutes.

Add some sprinkles of flour on a clean surface. Place the dough on the surface and spread with a roller to make it round Cover for 30 minutes.

Place a pan on the cooker and set the heat to medium.
