    Whisk eggs, vanilla, and vinegar for 2 minutes, then add 120g sugar and mix until frothy.

    Pour in 200ml melted butter and 150ml room temperature milk, mixing well after each addition.

    Sift in the flour, 50g cocoa powder, and baking powder, then fold the batter until smooth.

    Grease a frying pan with 1/2 tsp butter, pour in the batter, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 25 minutes.

    Uncover and cook for another 5 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, then set aside to cool.

    For the ganache, whisk 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup sugar, corn starch, and 3/4 cup warm milk in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
