    Cut out a square from the toasts and set aside

    Chop the parsley, red onion, and peppers, and then set them aside.

    Break the eggs into a small bowl; add a pinch of black pepper and salt and then whisk. Add milk and mix. Pack in the chopped vegetables and mix thoroughly.

    Place a pan on the cooker and set the heat to medium. Add the butter and melt; reduce the heat to low. Pack in the perforated toasts and pour the egg mixture into the holes. Close up the holes with cheese and place the cut-out squareshaped toast on the cheese. Fry each side until golden.
