Fresh Strawberry Jam

The strawberry jam can be enjoyed by being spread over a slice of bread.

Ingredients for 8 portions

    Wash and chop the Strawberries then transfer into a plate. Add the sugar, mix and then cover for 1 hour.

    Place a pot on the cooker and pour in the mixture. Add the lemon juice; set the heat to medium low and bring to a boil. After boiling, reduce the heat to low; cover and cook for 15 minutes. Cook until liquid is absorbed.

    Pour into a jar and wait for it to cool down.

    if you want it smooth you only blend them in the blender

    Refrigerate for 2 months or more and you can freezer them for a year
