    Preheat the oven to 175°C.

    In a mixing bowl, combine butter and granulated sugar. Mix for 10 minutes.

    Add the egg and vanilla sugar. Mix for about 2 minutes.

    Add the cornstarch, flour, and baking powder. Mix for about 7 minutes or until fluffy.

    Feel the texture with your hand. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    Place the batter on parchment paper and cover with another parchment. Then roll out the batter.

    Use a cookie mold to cut out the cookie shapes. Place on a tray on a baking sheet.
