Fluffy Sweet Bread

This sweet bread recipe makes a beautiful, soft, lightly sweetened and buttery bread loaf that’s delicious as a toast with your morning coffee or tea.

    Pour milk into a mixer; add yeast, sugar, egg and oil. Using the whisk, mix at medium speed. Add 1 cup of flour and mix, then more 2 cups 1 teaspoon salt then Change the whisk dough plug and mix at high speed. Add 1 cup of yoghurt and mix; add 1 cup of flour while mixing.

    Transfer the dough into a small bowl and cover with kitchen towel for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle flour over a flat surface. Stretch the dough horizontally and cut into 15 pieces.

    Shape 8 pieces in ball and place on a tray. Cover with kitchen towel for 1 hour.

    Fill the remaining 7 pieces with dates and nuts (optional) cover for 1 hour

    Spread the mix milk with ,oil and white egg ,spread over the dough with a brush Garnish with sesame seeds and black seeds

    Place the trays in the oven. One in the second rack while the other in the third rack. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F and 175°C respectively or until golden. Take the trays out of the oven
