Delicious Fluffy Strawberry Cake with Creamy Yoghurt and Fresh Sliced Strawberries, Perfect for Any Occasion.

    Preheat the oven to 175°C.

    Slice the strawberries and set aside.

    Whisk together the eggs and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix for 5 minutes and stir until smooth.

    Add powdered sugar, mix for 6 minutes or until fluffy and creamy. Add oil and yoghurt and mix until creamy.

    Sift in the flour and baking powder to the batter. Mix well.

    Gradually add room temperature milk to the batter.

    Grease a cake pan with ½ tsp oil and line with parchment.

    Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread with a spoon. Drizzle half of the chopped strawberries, add the remaining cake batter, and arrange the leftover strawberries on top of the batter.

    Bake at 175°C for 30-35 minutes.

    Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before spreading jam evenly on top.
