Dubai Pistachio Chocolate

This famous chocolate bar features a crunchy, creamy filling made from toasted kunafa pastry and rich pistachio cream.

    Chop the kunafa pastry into small, fine threads using a sharp knife.

    Melt 50 grams of butter in a frying pan, add the chopped kunafa, and fry until it turns golden brown and crispy.

    Transfer the toasted kunafa to a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.

    Chop the milk chocolate into chunks, place in a bowl with 1 tsp of butter, and melt in the microwave until smooth.

    Combine the fried kunafa with the pistachio paste and tahini, mixing until well incorporated.

    Brush or pour a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom and sides of your molds, then freeze for 10 minutes to set.

    Fill the molds with the pistachio-kunafa mixture, spreading it out evenly.

    Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top to seal the filling completely.

    Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (or freezer for 15 minutes) before unmolding and serving.
