Delightfu Vanilla Whipping Cake
A light and fluffy vanilla cake with a creamy whipped cream and strawberry filling, crowned with a chocolatey finish.

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Whisk together the eggs and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl for 5 minutes until smooth.

Add sugar and mix for 10 minutes or until creamy.

Add flour, 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar, and ⅓ cup flour. Mix well until fluffy. Grease a cake pan with melted butter and line with parchment.

Bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool for a few minutes before removing and placing on cooling racks.

For the whipping cream, add the cream into a large bowl and whisk thoroughly for 3 minutes. Add sugar and mix until creamy and fluffy. Cover and refrigerate.

For the strawberries and chocolate, add the sliced strawberries to a bowl and toss with 1 tbsp syrup. Cut the strawberries and add 2 tbsp syrup to a section. Toss together and set aside. Grate milk chocolate and mince dark chocolate bar in separate bowls.

Cut the cake into 3 rounded shapes. To decorate the cake, scoop the whipping cream on it, arrange the chopped strawberries on the cream. Scoop the cream on another cake slice and place it on the initial cake slice with strawberries. Add strawberries, repeat the same process and cream the whole cake. Top the cake with the chocolates and sprinkle the remaining chocolate on the cake.
