Creamy Yogurt Cake With Nuts

Deliciously moist yogurt cake topped with a layer of crunchy nuts baked to perfection!

    Preheat the oven to 175°C.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes or until smooth.

    Add the sugar, oil, and yoghurt to the mixture and mix for 2 minutes or until creamy.

    Gradually add 1 cup of flour along with the baking powder to the batter and mix well. Add the remaining flour and mix for another 5 seconds or until fluffy.

    Grease a cake pan with ½ tsp of oil and line it with parchment paper.

    Pour the batter into the pan and spread it with a spoon. Drizzle the crushed nuts on top of the batter.

    Bake for 25-35 minutes until the cake is golden brown.

    Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before cutting it into serving size pieces.
