Creamy Rice Pudding

In a saucepan over medium heat, add water and bring to a boil.

Rinse the rice grains and add to the saucepan. Cook for 20 minutes over low-medium heat, then turn off the heat and cover for 30 minutes.

On medium heat, add milk and sugar to the saucepan and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

Mix ½ cup of water with cornstarch, then add to the rice pudding. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Combine milk and whipped cream stabilizer in a bowl, mix well, and add to the rice pudding. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove the pudding from heat.

Divide into portions and sprinkle with raisins, cinnamon, and pistachios (if desired).
