Classic Bologne Egg Cheese Wrap

A classic French omelette is elegant and chic, a beauty to behold

    Cut the toast and cheese into two. Cut out the edges of the bologna. Cut peppers and green olives into two and chop the green onion.

    Crack the eggs into a small bowl, add a sprinkle of salt and black pepper and then whisk.

    Place a pan on the cooker and set the heat to mediumlow. Add a tablespoon of butter and melt. Pour in the egg mixture. Place two cuts of toast in the pan and let both sides absorb the egg. Add some chopped parsley.

    Flip over to the other side. Fold the edges of the omelette so that it forms a square.

    Place the bologna on the right and the sliced peppers, green olives, and two cuts of cheese on the left. Add a drizzle of ketchup or mayonaise and fold it in half.
