    In a large mixing bowl, stir together the warm milk, warm water, instant yeast, and sugar.

    In another mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the melted butter, egg, and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix for 8 minutes until fully incorporated.

    Transfer the dough into a butter-greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

    Sprinkle flour on the surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle shape.
