    Chop the parsley, onion, and meat then set aside.

    Place a pot on the stove and set the heat to medium. Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the meat until it turns golden.

    Add the chopped onion mix and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add ginger powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and coriander mix then keep the heat on low, cover the pot, and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add 2 cups of hot water. Keep the heat on medium-low and cook for 35 minutes.

    Stir and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
