Hearty Tarot Root Stew
Deliciously comforting taro root stew cooked in aromatic spices and fresh herbs.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside

Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

In a large pot over medium heat, add 5 cups of water, chicken breast, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, and cardamom seeds. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Add 1 cup of water, frozen taro (with coriander mixture rinsed), and frozen mix of chard and green coriander. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.

In a pan over medium heat, add oil and minced garlic. Fry until it turns light golden. Add coriander mixture and fry for about 2 minutes. Add garlic powder and mix.

Remove the cardamom seeds from the pot and then add the fried coriander mixture. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
