Egyptian Molokhiya

    In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil on medium heat.

    Add frozen molokhiya and whisk for 8-10 minutes.

    In a pan, heat oil and fry garlic until light golden.

    Add coriander powder to the pan and pour mixture into the pot of molokhiya. Stir and heat for 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Keep the pot uncovered until served.

  6. 6

    Transfer into a soup cup and serve with rice.
