Fried Potatoes And Cauliflower

Golden and savory fried potatoes and cauliflower with a flavorful and aromatic coating.

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut each into 4 pieces.

    Pour 4 cups of water into a cooking pot. Add the potatoes, ½ teaspoon of turmeric and mix. Place the pot on the cooker and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Drain and set aside.

    Slice the cauliflower and set aside.

    Pour 5 cups of water into a pot. Add the sliced cauliflower, 1 teaspoon of cumin and mix. Place the pot on the cooker and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Drain and set aside.

    Break the eggs into a small bowl and whisk. Add milk, ½ teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cumin, black pepper, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, powdered onion, flour, and corn starch. Mix.

    Place a pan on the cooker and add the oil.

    Soak the potatoes in the mixture and fry until golden over medium heat.

    Set the heat to medium-low. Soak the cauliflower in the mixture and fry until golden. Turn off the heat.

    Garnish the fried potatoes and cauliflower with parsley.
