Zesty Beef Liver Stir-fry
Enjoy a savory and aromatic beef liver stir-fry infused with cumin and 5-spice powder for a satisfying dinner

Chop the green and red peppers, slice the onion, and mince the garlic cloves.

Cut the beef liver into two portions, then slice one-half into small pieces.

Place a pan on the stove and set the heat to medium. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat until hot.

Add the beef liver to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until it’s browned.

Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper.

Add half of the sliced onions to the pan, lower the heat to medium-low, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add half of the minced garlic, half of the chopped peppers, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Mix well.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of vinegar and cook for an additional 8 minutes.

Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of 5-spice powder and mix.
