    Peel, cut, and wash the potatoes.

    Place a pot on medium heat. Add 4 cups of water and chopped potatoes. Cover and boil for 25 minutes.

    Transfer boiled potatoes to a bowl. Add butter and mash. Gradually add milk while mashing. Add black pepper and salt.

    Place a pan on medium heat. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oil, add ground beef, cook until browned. Add diced onions and mix. Season with black pepper, oregano, and salt; mix thoroughly. Turn off the heat.
