Tender Cauliflower With Chicken

Enjoy a mouthwatering blend of tender cauliflower and succulent chicken, infused with aromatic spices and a rich tomato sauce.

    Prepare the cauliflower by cleaning and chopping it. Slice the peppers and cube the chicken breast.

    Place a pot on the cooker and set the heat to medium. Add 4 cups of water, the cauliflower, and cumin. Stir, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Then drain the cauliflower.

    Place a pan on the cooker and set the heat to medium. Pour in 1 cup of oil and fry the cooked cauliflower. Flip it over to fry both sides. Set the fried cauliflower aside.

    In the same pan, add the chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cubed chicken breast and cook until golden. Flip the chicken breast to cook evenly.

    Add the sliced peppers, garlic powder, black pepper, fivespice powder, paprika, salt, and tomato sauce to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly.

    Pour in the chicken broth (or water), mix again, and bring it to a boil. Then turn off the heat.

    Pack the fried cauliflower into a rectangular container and pour the chicken and sauce mixture over it.

    Place the container in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 175°C (350°F).

    Remove from the oven and your delicious cauliflower with chicken is ready to be served.
