Wash all vegetables; slice the tomato and onion. Chop the parsley, coriander and feta cheese.

Scoop the baby spinach and spring mix into a plate. Add the sliced tomato, onion, chopped parsley, coriander, walnut and sprinkles of black pepper as desired, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and pomegranate sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Add the remnants of the chopped feta cheese, 1 tablespoon of olive oil &pomegranate sauce, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

The spring mix spinach salad with walnut is ready to be served.
