Chop the onion, red pepper, and yellow pepper, and wash and chop the spinach, coriander, and parsley.

Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until caramelized.

Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until it is browned.

Stir in the black pepper, paprika, and ground coriander, mixing well to season the meat.

Mix in the tomato paste, 1/4 cup of water, sugar, and salt, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
