Savory Spinach Stew

    Wash all the greens thoroughly. Chop the coriander, parsley, and spinach. Place them in a bowl and add the chopped dill. Wash the greens again to ensure they are clean.

    Chop the onion, red pepper, and yellow pepper. Set them aside in a bowl.

    Place a pot on the cooker over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the veal to the pot and cook until it turns brown, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce the heat to low. Add salt, tomato paste, black pepper, and coriander powder to the veal. Mix well.

    Cover the pot and let it cook for 5 minutes.

    Add ⅓ cup of water to the pot. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.

    Stir in the chopped herbs (coriander, parsley, spinach, and dill) and the chopped peppers. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
