Rich Veal Steak

Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, coriander, and Italian spice on both sides of the veal steaks. Gently press the seasonings onto the steaks and cover for 1 hour

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Cook the veal steaks for 4 minutes on each side. Add chopped garlic and a sprinkle of rosemary, and cook each side for 1 more minute.

Transfer the cooked veal steaks onto an oven pan lined with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and place the pan with the veal steaks on the middle rack. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

In the same pan, add 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of butter, and 1 teaspoon of flour. Stir until thickened. Dissolve the thickened mixture with ¼ cup of water. Add black pepper and salt, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 minutes.

Plate the baked veal steaks and serve with macaroni salad.
