Italian Spaghetti Meatballs
Hearty and flavorful spaghetti and meatballs made with juicy ground beef, zesty tomato sauce, and aromatic herbs and spices.

Finely chop one onion and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onion, onion powder, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, oregano, cumin, ¼ teaspoon of paprika, salt, frozen or fresh parsley, and frozen or fresh dill. Mix well.

Roll the mixture into meatballs.

Heat ½ cup of oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the meatballs and fry until golden browned. Transfer the fried meatballs to a plate and set them aside.

In a large pan over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of oil and the remaining chopped onion. Cook until golden, then reduce the heat to low.

Add the tomato sauce, ½ teaspoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir and add the bay leaves and salt. Mix well and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add the meatballs to the pan and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the turmeric and mix. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

In a pot over medium heat, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for 20 minutes.
