Homemade Dinner Rolls

Delicious, homemade dinner rolls with a soft, fluffy texture and a hint of spices and a rich, flavorful crust

    Mix milk, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

    Add flour, ½ cup oil, yogurt, baking powder, salt, and egg to a mixer. Mix for 5 minutes.

    Add the yeast mixture and mix for 7 minutes on medium speed. Then mix for an additional 7 minutes on high speed.

    Pour 1 tsp oil in a small bowl, place the dough in the oil and cover for 45 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 15 pieces. Brush ½ tsp oil in a flat container and put the dough balls in. Cover for 15 minutes.

    In a small container, mix egg yolk, milk and Nescafe thoroughly.

    Brush the mixture over the dough balls, top with sesame and nigella seeds in the center.

    Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15- 20 minutes at 190°C or until golden.
