Hearty Chicken Liver Stew
This chicken liver stew boasts tender pieces of meat simmered with a fragrant blend of spices and fresh vegetables.

Wash chicken livers in a bowl under running water. Add vinegar, water, and chicken liver. Mix and soak for 30 minutes, then strain and wash again.

Cut off the unwanted parts and wash again. Chop the peppers, onion, tomato, and green onions. Mince the garlic cloves.

Place a pan on medium heat, scoop the chicken livers into the pan, and cook for 10 minutes. Increase the heat to high and cook for 5 more minutes until the water is fully absorbed.

In another pan, cook chopped onion for 2 minutes on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chopped peppers and mix. Turn off the heat and scoop the vegetables into the cooked chicken livers.

Using the same pan, set the heat to medium-low, and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook minced garlic cloves until golden. Add chopped tomato and cook for 3 minutes while stirring.

Add tomato sauce, cumin, paprika, black pepper, coriander powder, garlic powder, and fine sea salt. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add ⅓ cup of water, stir and cook for a while. Add the cooked chicken livers with vegetables, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
