Flavorful Chicken Stir Fry

    Heat a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add sliced chicken breast and fry both sides for 2 minutes each. Sprinkle 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and continue frying until browned. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, fry sliced zucchinis until browned. Set aside.

    In the pan, add sliced onions and cook over low heat until caramelized. Add steamed broccoli, steamed carrots, fried chicken, and zucchinis. Mix well and transfer to a plate.

    In the same pan, mix pomegranate sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/3 teaspoon black pepper. Add the chicken and vegetable mixture, and stir to combine.

    In a pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, and the pasta. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. Uncover when the water turns starchy and finish cooking uncovered.
