Fasolya Green Beans Stew

    Place a pot on the cooker and set the heat to medium. Add 2 cups of water, green beans, chopped onions, chicken, salt, black pepper, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 35 minutes.

    While the green beans are cooking, place a pan on the cooker and set the heat to low. Pour in the olive oil and add the chopped garlic. Fry until light golden, then add tomato sauce, coriander powder, and diced peppers. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Remove the pan from the cooker and place the pot with the cooked green beans on it. Pour the sauce into the pot and stir.

    Set the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
