Finely chop the parsley, peppers, onion, and feta cheese.

Dice the chicken breast.

Place a pan on the stove and set the heat to medium. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan and add the chopped onion. Cook for a few minutes and then add the chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and prewashed spinach.

In a separate small bowl, whisk 5 eggs. Add vinegar, milk, and 1/3 cup of oil. Mix for 2 minutes.

Add flour, baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, oregano, and coriander powder to the egg mixture. Mix for 2 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken breast, feta cheese, chopped parsley, chopped peppers, and shredded cheese to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Spray a 22cm pan with cooking spray and add the mixture to the pan.

Place the pan in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Remove the pan from the oven and take the cake out of the pan.
