Crispy Tilapia Fillets

    Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

    Place the tilapia fillets on a board, cut each into 3 pieces, and wash. Pat dry with a paper towel.

    Transfer to a plate; add ½ teaspoon salt, cumin, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Rub the mixture over the tilapia fillets and cover for 30 minutes.

    Dip the tilapia fillets in the whole wheat flour.

    Place a pan on the cooker over medium heat. Pour in ½ cup of oil, then reduce the heat to low. Fry the flour-coated tilapia fillets, cooking each side until golden.
