Creamy Stuffed Potatoes

    Dice the onions after mincing them.

    In a bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onions, Italian bread crumbs, fresh coriander, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oregano, onion powder, and 1 cracked egg. Combine well.

    Peel and cut the potatoes in half. Scoop out the centers. In a separate bowl, add 4 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Soak the potatoes in this mixture.

    Heat a pan over medium heat. Pour in 1 1/2 cups of oil. Fry the cherry tomatoes until browned. Set aside.

    In a small pot over medium-low heat, pour in the milk. Add butter, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and flour. Cook and mix for 15 minutes. Add 1 cracked egg, mix, and cook for another 5 minutes.

    Grease a rectangular container with 1 teaspoon of oil. Spread the milk mixture in it. Place the fried potatoes and stuff them with the beef mixture. Top with cheese and cover with the milk mixture. Place a cherry tomato on each stuffed potato and add more cheese.

    Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 175°C for 35 minutes. Move to the upper rack and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
