Peel and wash the potatoes; cut into small sizes.

Place a pot on the cooker and set the heat to medium; add 4 cups of water, add the potatoes, cover and cook for 15 minutes.or until cooked

Turn off the heat, drain the potatoes and transfer into a bowl

Mash the potatoes; add the butter, milk, salt and black pepper while mashing.
