Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and toss with 1 tsp butter and a pinch of black pepper.

In a food processor, chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic; mix this with the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shawarma spices, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, chopped dill, and parsley.

Form the meat mixture into small balls and fry them in 2 tbsp of oil until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
